Up at Fairview another time, we decided to go down to Ralph's. I split into the Manoir on the way, just for a beer. I ended up staying for over an hour....got to Ralph's at 10:00, we had to leave at 10:45 to get Bennie home for 11:30. At the Drop-in, I got stoned; Bennie got drunk, did a few tokes, and felt sick for the rest of the night....

Spent alot of time in the Manoir and at Dennis's, getting stoned. I bought a quarter-ounce of a hash with the money I made off the half-ounce mescaline.

Rob, Mish, Maggie etc? went to see Genesis at the University of Montreal (March- April). CHOM broadcasted it live, the opening act (Chris deBurg or Al Stewart) got booed. [In February 2001, Napster may have provided a date for this event. There were bootleg copies of a concert, dated April 21, 1974, available. As this concert was broadcast over the radio, there seems little doubt this is it.]

April 25 Thursday
Roary's car thrown out (for mesc) [Roary was a guy who hung around Rennie, I don't remember if he went there. He was going out with Janice, who was in my art class. He let us sit in his car, it seems he had a hassle over mescaline].

April 26 Friday
Fred and tequila [Fred, probably Maggie, Rob and Michelle? got tequila, went to Kingsman Park, also walked around. I found small triangular plastic flags, attached to a long string. Spring was here].

I got a job for tonight + all day tomorrow taking inventory at the GM warehouse. After work, me, Scot and Richard Harris burned up to the Manoir. We made it at about 11:25. Bob + Brad were there pissed/wrecked out of their heads. Talked with Elaine, a chick from school. She's quite good looking.

Had some coke and a dime of hash for tonight. Me, Brad and Bob met Dennis and went straight up to the Drop-in. I went around getting off, a toke here, a snort there, some beer, etc. Got bored a bit. Bennie-fucking Christ-got pissed drunk-like a fucking ten-year old. It was just no use. I forgot about it and enjoyed myself alone but that place is a real drag if you're not really with a girl. She hassled me all the way home about what was bothering me. I sort of told her-but she always manages to turn things around so she's mad at me....for what I don't know.
